Jeff Kirkpatrick, of Jackson, Michigan is a Certified Court Officer specializing in orders to seize property (writs of executions). He is the past president of the Michigan Court Officers, Deputy Sheriffs and Process Servers Association and is acknowledged as one of the leading court officers in Michigan.

He is the immediate past president of the Jackson Community Federal Credit Union and currently serves its director/secretary. He is a state licensed insurance agent and former police reserve officer. He has served as an appointed receiver in Jackson County. He is a frequent speaker at ICLE on the topic of Orders to Seize Property. He served on the adhoc committee appointed by the Michigan Supreme Court to address the supervision and appointment of court officers which lead to the creation of Michigan Court Rule 3.106. He authored the Michigan Court Officer' Civil Process Handbook.

Jeff has been a court officer for the past 16 years and is the Vice President of Industry Relations for Universal Fire & Casualty Insurance Company. He obtained certification as an Electronics Technician from the Federal Communications Commission and is licensed as an Amateur Radio operator and a certified locksmith.
